APSI Itinerary

The following itinerary is preliminary and subject to change.

Sunday, July 26, 2009	2:30 PM - 4:30 PM at The Northwest Quad-Building B Check-in for Teachers/Staff/Consultants. Parking passes will be handed out upon arrival. Teachers will be housed in the Northwest Quad. Welcome reception with snacks. All rooms are private rooms at no extra charge
Sunday, July 26, 2009	5:00 PM - at The Northwest Quad-Building B U of A staff meeting with Consultants in meeting room near reception area. Consultant dinner at 6:00 p.m.
Monday, July 27, 2009	7:00 AM - 8:00 AM at The Northwest Quad-Building B A buffet breakfast (eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereals, bagels, yogurt, etc.) will be served each morning beginning at 7:00 a.m. Teachers (on campus and off-campus) should show their AP name tag to be admitted to the dining hall. To park on campus, you must have a visitor parking permit.
